Ingenium Search
Ingenium Search was founded in 2011 to provide a cost effective and results focused alternative to traditional search firms.
Our aim is to provide quality candidates quickly to organisations. We can work in conjunction with existing in house teams and always back up desk research with telephone contact.
Depending on the level of service you require, candidates will be fully interviewed and assessed for their suitability not only in terms of skills but also cultural fit. Our service can be tailored according to budget and level of involvement required.

Research
We provide a high quality, cost effective research service, partnering an organisation’s internal talent acquisition team to provide a long list and advised short list of suitable candidates for a specific role. Our experienced team will identify candidates through online and telephone research before filtering and assessing profiles.
Once the assignment is completed, the information gathered is shared with you, providing a wealth of intelligence beyond the point of hire and significantly reducing the cost of additional searches or multiple hires from a readily available talent pool.
This supports talent acquisition, diversity planning, succession planning, and is particularly important for those faced with identifying and recruiting candidates for scarce and senior positions.

Retained Search
In addition to the offering above a Retained Search Campaign will also incorporate screening and interviewing all the candidates for the role and managing the process through to offer and acceptance and start date. Additional testing can be included, and a full shortlist report will be prepared for each candidate. Unlike many traditional search our fees are structured in two stages – one to reflect the initial research work and the final on success only when the candidate has been offered the role.

Emma Taylor
Emma has worked in Recruitment and Selection since 2000 both managing large teams and working in house and for an RPO. She founded Ingenium Search in 2011 and is experienced within a wide range of sectors including Retail. FMCG, logistics and supply chain. Emma is a graduate of the University of Sussex and in her spare time competes in Eventing on a home bred horse.
Ellen Evans
A recent Open University BSc graduate, Ellen joined Ingenium Search in 2021 after a career in the Equine sector. Ellen wanted a new challenge where she could get more involved in people oriented work. With a great eye for detail, Ellen has joined Ingenium Search team as a research assistant where she makes initial contact with candidates. Outside of work Ellen regularly competes in Dressage on her own horse.
